Mumbai: P.K. Choudhury, vice chairman and group chief executive officer of rating agency Icra Ltd, has been elevated as chairman and CEO of the company with effect from 1 February after the resignation of Dhruba Narayan Ghosh as chairman and director (independent). Ghosh will now become chairman emeritus of the company, Icra said in a BSE filing.
