Anand Krishnan named Dubai Holding unit CEO

Dubai: Dubai Holding Llc, a diversified group owned by Dubai ruler Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, appointed Anand Krishnan as chief executive officer (CEO) of its Dubai International Capital Llc (DIC) unit, replacing Sameer Al Ansari.

David Smoot, CEO of DIC Private Equity, will assume responsibility for all investment divisions. Krishnan was previously DIC’s chief operating officer.
