Mumbai: Travel firm Cox & Kings (India), has clocked a 39% growth in its consolidated income from operations for 2009-10 fiscal at Rs399.15 crore as against Rs286.90 crore in the year-ago period.
Its net profit after tax rose 113% to Rs133.84 crore as against Rs62.81 crore in the previous fiscal, according to a press release.
The company’s standalone net income from operations for FY10 grew 14% to Rs176.39 crore as against Rs155.09 crore, it added.
Net profit after tax rose 31% to Rs50 crore as against Rs38.22 crore in the year-ago period, the release said.
Cox and Kings’ (India) executive director, Peter Kerkar, said: “our results are in line with our expectations and we are confident that we will continue to grow at a healthy pace.”
