Bangalore: Godrej Properties Ltd, the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, has launched a luxury residential project called Godrej Platinum in Kolkata’s posh Alipore area. The 1.4 acre project will have 35 homes with an average ticket size of Rs10 crore each.
On Thursday, the developer also announced the launch of the third phase of its residential project, Godrej Summit, near the Dwarka Expressway in Gurgaon.
Mumbai-based Godrej Properties has been on a launch spree and has announced several new projects across cities in the past few weeks.
