Bangalore: Teamlease Services Pvt. Ltd, a temporary staffing company, has picked up a majority stake in the Indian Institute of Job Training (IIJT) by buying out the existing shareholders from both the founders and investor Tiger Capital Management Llc, which is exiting India, and investing additional capital.
The move is part of its vertical integration process to offer trained candidates to its corporate client base.
