BackHCC net loss narrows to ₹38.51 cr
Revenue rises 7.7% to ₹1,020.75 crore in the Dec quarter

Mumbai: Engineering and construction firm Hindustan Construction Co. Ltd (HCC) said on Friday that its standalone net loss narrowed to ₹ 38.51 crore in the quarter ended 31 December from ₹ 130.41 crore a year ago.
Revenue rose 7.7% to ₹ 1,020.75 crore in the quarter, the company said in a statement.
“The order position continues to be an area of concern as several large projects are still awaiting clearances," said Praveen Sood, chief financial officer. “HCC will continue to implement measures aimed at further improvement of its performance even in this lean period."
HCC shares ended up 3.09% at ₹ 18.35 on BSE on Friday, while the benchmark Sensex closed down 0.57% to 19,781.19 points.
