Indian creativity is going places. Literally. Entries from Indian advertising agencies won a handful of metals in some of the recently-concluded international festivals such as theAsia Pacific Advertising Festival, the Spikes Asian Advertising Festival, the Venice Festival of Media, the Webby Awards and the Clio Awards.
The fact that these awards are quite prestigious and extremely competitive underscores the point that Indian creativity, and even media buying skills, are gradually attracting global attention. The winners of the Spikes Asian Advertising Awards, for instance, are decided by a very high-profile international jury and the festival confers only two gold metals to best entries from across the Asia-Pacific the Indian Association for Promotion of Adoption and Child Welfareregion.Ogilvy India won one of two gold trophies this time for its print campaign for.
