Hong Kong: STAR announced the launch of Star One and Vijay on Now TV, the exclusive distribution platform of STAR’s channels in Hong Kong. These two channels will join Star Plus, Star News and Channel [V] on Now TV, boosting STAR’s Indian channel offering for local South Asian viewers.

Star One, launched in 2004 in India, offers viewers the next generation of Hindi entertainment with a diverse mix of programmes including comedies, reality shows, game shows, thrillers, youth and lifestyle programmes.

Vijay is one of the most popular Tamil general entertainment channels in South India. Vijay offers innovative programmes in a variety of genres including talent hunts, music shows, sitcoms, thrillers, reality shows as well as dramas. Popular programmes include star-search show Super Singer Junior and humour talent hunt Kalakka Povathu Yaaur .
