In a closely fought match, Team Jaipur won against the Delhi’s Devils by three wickets. Reaching a score of 157 in the final over in Sunday’s match, the Rajasthan Royals are now in top of the table with seven wins and just two losses. Royals, which has won all its matches at home, has almost clinched a place in the semifinals. Watson was named ‘man-of-the-match.’
In action, Shane Watson provided the needed fireworks with his significant 74 (off 40 balls). By the time he was run out, he had made significant contribution to his team’s victory.
After slipping to 100 for six, Daredevils had no much option but to rely on — Tillakaratne Dilshan and Farveez Maharoof – who made runs through fours and sixes.
