New Delhi: Dedicated to cricket, Neo Sports on 9 June said it has tied-up with the New Media Group (TNMG), KK, for live telecast of Neo Sports across Japan, Korea and Taiwan from 1 July, with an aim to reach the Indian diaspora in these countries.
The deal would enable the viewers’ access across the three countries international and domestic cricket played in India through the TNMG’s World On-Demand IPTV platform.
“We aim to reach the Indian diaspora in Japan, Korea and Taiwan. Partnering with the TNMG gives us unparallelled reach amongst this target audience in these markets," Neo Sports Broadcast Chief Executive Officer Shashi Kalathil said in a release.
With this deal, Neo Sports is spreading its footprints firmly across Asia.
“This is an opportunity for our 6,000-plus community member subscribers and our company. We will work with Neo Sports to develop and launch community and interactive features around the content," The New Media Group President Randy McGraw said.
TNMG is a digital media platform developer and operator in the Asia Pacific region.
