Morgan Stanley to defer bonuses for top earners

Deferral applies to employees making more than $350,000, taking at least $50,000 bonus over a 3-year period

New York: Morgan Stanley is deferring 100% of bonuses for top-earning employees, according to three people familiar with the situation.
The deferral applies to all employees, except for financial advisers, making more than $350,000 and whose bonuses are at least $50,000 over a three-year period, one of these people said.
