Snapdeal to launch property sale on Wednesday, offer discount

The Diwali real estate sale, which will offer 10% discount on basic selling price of apartments, will continue till 21 October, says Snapdeal

New Delhi: E-tailer Snapdeal on Tuesday announced a property sale on its platform, offering 10% discount on basic selling price to customers, as well as other freebies.

The Diwali real estate sale starts from 5 October and will continue till 21 October, Snapdeal said in a statement.

This is the second edition of real estate Diwali sale on Snapdeal. Last year, it sold nearly 150 apartments in a week, Snapdeal said in a statement.

The shopping festival features apartments from real estate developers including Prestige Group, Puravankara, Kolte Patil Developers, Provident Housing, Panchsheel Group, Sreejan Realty, Rohan Lifescapes and Sikka Group, among others.

The apartments on sale are available in Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR), Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Jaipur in a price range of Rs30 lakh to Rs5 crore.

“Customers buying real estate on Snadpeal will be able to avail of home loans from State Bank of India (SBI) at lowest interest rate. In addition, buyers can also avail of exclusive offers like 10% discount on base selling price, 25:75 payment offer, discounts up to Rs6 lakh,” Snapdeal said.

Freebies on offer from developers include cars, Apple iPhones 6s, Apple iPad, gold coins and more. Tony Navin, SVP, partnerships and strategic initiatives at Snapdeal, said, “Navratri is as an auspicious period for many of our customers to make big-ticket purchases. We are bringing the second edition of Diwali real estate sale on Snapdeal with a hope that it helps our customers fulfil their wish of buying their own home.”
