Mumbai: Financial services firm Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd has tied up with London-based boutique investment bank Icon Capital to tap a range of investment banking and equity broking activities, including corporate advisory services, research-led securities trading and capital markets advisory.

The alliance will add to Emkay’s strengths in the Indian equity market and Icon Capital’s strength in Indian convertible and fixed income instruments. It will also offer Indian companies access to the London securities market.
