Citibank’s Asian wealth management assets crosses $250 billion
Client assets increased 10% in May, driven by an increase in new clients and net new funds across the bank's full wealth continuum platform
Mumbai: Citibank NA’s total client assets in its wealth management business in Asia have crossed $250 billion mark for the first time in its history, the US lender said in an emailed statement.
Client assets increased 10% year-on-year to $251 billion in May, “driven by an increase in new clients and net new funds across the bank’s full wealth continuum platform," the bank said.
Citi’s wealth management business services clients with assets starting from $1 million up to $10 million. The bank offers wealth management to over 630,000 clients in 13 countries across Asia.
