Unlike all other travel portals, it will provide unbiased comparison of fares from all 13 domestic airlines and over 4500 hotels in the country, along with hosting a complete repository of relevant travel information.
“Our objective is to provide the most comprehensive set of travel options to a consumer and to empower him/her to make the best selection for a deal as well as the seller," informed Vikas Jawa, business head, Zoomtra.com
Travel planners can find information across domestic and international flights, railways, hotels, holidays as well as exhaustive user generated and editorial destination content. The information bank at Zoomtra consists of information gathered from various relevant sources and displayed in a way that is user-friendly, intuitive and incredibly useful. Zoomtra.com partners with all domestic airlines, provides information for over 4000 hotels and associates with various travel agencies such as Yatra.com, Cleartrip.com, Indiatimes Travel, Travelguru and Travel Boutique that provide its travel search results.
This would be a vertical and localized search engine allowing travel planners to get information with live pricing and availability of deals. Once a traveler makes a purchase decision s/he is guided towards the travel seller for the actual purchase who could be travel sellers, online providers or small neighborhood travel agencies.
