Bajaj Holdings offloads over 2% stake in Force Motors
Bajaj Holdings sells 267,275 shares of Force Motors between 14 and 23 July
New Delhi: Bajaj Holdings and Investment Ltd, the holding company of the Bajaj Group, has offloaded over 2% stake in Pune-based Force Motors for 13.29 crore. In a regulatory filing to BSE on Thursday, Bajaj Holdings said it has sold 267,275 shares of Force Motors between 14 and 23 July, representing 2.03% stake. After the stake sale, Bajaj’s stake in Force Motors has come down to 9.01% from the earlier 11.04%.
Force Motors sells a range of vehicles, including small commercial vehicles, multi-utility vehicles (MUVs), light commercial vehicles, sports utility vehicles (SUVs) and agricultural tractors.
Bajaj Holdings and Investment shares on Thursday closed at 1,318.25 apiece on BSE, up 0.25 per cent from previous close.
