Hello and welcome to the Lounge podcast! We start with an interview with stand-up comedian Rohan Joshi, who is the author of our cover story on the changing comedy scene in India. Rohan believes that we Indians are laughing a little more at ourselves now—which makes his job easier. He also talks about how Indian women are not particularly turned on by funny men.
Lounger Rachana Nakra reports on monsoon street trends from Mumbai while our book critic Chandrahas Choudhury reviews an anthology of poems called ‘The Greeks’.
Finally, Sanjukta Sharma reviews the film ‘I Hate Luv Storys’ and tells us why she quite hates it.
That’s all from us this week. We love to hear from you so do write to us at feedback@livemint.com
