The Gran Turismo series of games, exclusively available for Sony Playstation devices, have always been at the cutting edge of game design and player experience. Having sold over 48 million copies, the franchise has recently unveiled the Gran Turismo 5 Prologue game for the Playstation 3 machine.
Like GT4 Prologue this release too is a budget version with an array of new features being tested out. The complete set of new cars, courses and features will be available once the full GT5 release happens in early 2009.

The first game in the series, Gran Turismo, became one of the largest selling games for the Playstation 2 console. And with each subsequent release the franchise has pushed the limits of design and interface.
GT5 Prologue comes with a host of new features including 16 player online gaming capability, new drift mode and a new “My Page” facility from which players can access a number of online and offline featuers. Players will also enjoy, for the first time, realistically functioning dashboard instrumentation, mirrors and lighting effects.
The latest release comes with over 70 cars, six tracks and high definition graphics. We have a sneak preview slideshow of the game in glorious HD quality with specific shots of the brand new London City track. Catch a glimpse of Trafalgar Square as you speed by!
Gran Turismo 5 is available at all leading stores including Sony World Outlets for Rs1,799.
