Cooking with Lounge | Dip into some tanginess

Ingredients
200g ripe avocado
45g onions
30g tomatoes
45g fresh coriander or cilantro
20g jalapeno
15ml lemon Juice
1tsp salt
1 packet nacho chips
Method:
Cut the ripe avocados into half and remove the pip. With a spoon scoop out the pulp and put into a mortar. Roughly mash up all pulp in the mortar with the back of a large spoon until it forms a lumpy paste. Chop the onions, tomatoes, coriander/cilantro and jalapeno finely, and then add to the mashed avocado pulp. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and season with salt and mix well. Chill in the refrigerator and serve with nachos.
