3 tortas (a round bread, available at international food stores)
4 tbsp refried beans
10 tbsp Pico de gallo (fresh Mexican salsa made from white onions, tomatoes, green chillies, lime, salt and pepper)
1K tbsp butter
6 tbsp mozzarella cheese, grated thick
Slice three round torta breads into six halves. Melt butter and using a pastry brush spread on the white sides of the bread. Cover the buttered side completely with refried beans and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Place the breads in an oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes. Take out when cheese melts completely. Top with Pico de gallo salsa and serve.
