Cooking with Lounge | Eggs as you’ve never had them before

Ingredients
2 eggs
½ cup milk
2 tsp ghee
A pinch of saffron mixed with water
3 tbsp khoya
2 pods cardamom seeds (coarsely powdered)
3 tbsp sugar
¼ cup almonds (finely sliced) and raisins
1 tsp almonds, finely sliced, for garnish
Method: Beat the eggs and then add milk. Whisk and then add saffron water. Add ghee and cardamom powder and whisk again. Add sugar and the almonds and raisins and whisk once again. Heat a pan and cook the egg mix on a slow flame until it starts coagulating. Then add the khoya, mix and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Garnish with finely sliced almonds. The texture of the final dish should be like slightly runny scrambled eggs.
