Today, there’s little to tell apart a tablet or a phone in terms of the user experience, and a whole new category of phablets is starting to gain popularity as well. They can all run the same apps and services, so no one really needs to have all these devices.
The real difference is in the size of these devices, which has an impact on the services, or the category it is best for. And of course, a lot depends on how important portability is to you, and even something as personal as “how big your hands are”—after all, some people still swear by the original iPhone screen size, while others feel that the Galaxy Note is a perfect fit in their hands.
So should you go with a phone (under 5 inches), tablet (7 inches) or pick a phablet between these two extremes? If you’re confused, just answer this questionnaire, and figure out what you’re going to enjoy most.
