Ingredients
8-12 large button mushrooms
3 tbsp Gorgonzola or any other blue cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp cream cheese 3 tbsp cream
4 tsp parsley, finely chopped
4 tbsp refined flour
Half cup breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil, for deep-frying
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
