Tiramisu
Ingredients:
3 egg yolks
20g icing sugar
70g whipped cream

60g mascarpone cheese
5 biscuits (any kind)
30ml coffee syrup
10g cocoa powder
2tbsp rum (optional)
METHOD:
Take three egg yolks in a pan and beat. Keep aside. Heat water in a large pan, and place the pan with the beaten egg yolks in this (called the double boiler method). Now add sugar to the egg yolks and beat until you get a thick mix. Take it off the fire and add mascarpone cheese and mix.
Then fold in the whipped cream in this mixture.
Prepare coffee syrup (boiled water with sugar and coffee) and keep separately. You can add rum to this mix. Take a biscuit and roll it in this mix and break in to two pieces. Place in a Martini glass. Now half-fill the glass with the tiramisu mixture. Roll another biscuit in the coffee syrup, break into two and add to the Martini glass.
Repeat the same way for another layer. Flatten the tiramisu mix in the glass using a flat knife or spatula. Keep in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Just before serving, dust cocoa powder and garnish with finger biscuit.
