Science-fiction writers of the 1950s would have been thrilled at this invention. They often prophesied that “in the future", TV sets would be hanging off walls. Well, that’s also happening now, but there was a smaller step that was taken before TV sets were hung! Photo frames went digital.
So instead of having the same old photo on the wall forever, you could now change it at the touch of a button. Today, they are capable of playing back music with the photos and also displaying videos! Kodak has been leading the development of these frames around the world and today they offer frames large enough to display high-resolution 800x480 pixel images. What’s more, these are not some geeky-looking frames. They come in some rather classy borders of wood or even metal and cost about Rs12,000.
