The Singapore Tourism Board recently hosted the second edition of its Global Chef Exchange. For this annual event, renowned chefs are invited from across the world and introduced to local spices, smells and sights that make up Singapore’s dynamic food scene. This year’s event was attended by four of India’s top chefs and one of them, Manisha Bhasin of ITC Maurya, shared her experience with Amrita Roy. As a bonus, she made a Singapore-influenced appetizer for the Lounge Show.
