In Puducherry, a design revolution turns the heritage town's grey shades into psychedelic hues
It was during one of my lazy trips to Puducherry two years ago that I first stumbled upon a burst of fresh colours and art against its quaint colonial backdrop.
On a subsequent trip, I met Puppa Zeto and Artiste-Ouvrier (a stencil artist who called himself Pyaar Singh, spoke fluent French and claimed to be from Chandigarh), who are among the pioneers in French street art.
