Sancho’s
A nacho here and a quesadilla there don’t make for a satisfying Mexican food experience. Although some restaurants do feature popular Mexican dishes, a good Mexican restaurant is something Mumbai has been missing for a while. To fill that gap, Sancho’s has opened in the city and even houses a salsa bar. From the verde to the pico, dip your nachos in any salsa of your choice. The menu includes dishes such as Habanero Lamb Fajita, Beer Battered Baja California Fish Taquitos, Sanchos BBQ Chicken, Char Grilled Chipotle Cottage Cheese Skewers. Wash these down with you favourite fresh fruit cocktails from the bar.
15th Road, Khar West, Mumbai.
The Tasty Tangles
If a quick meal of popular South Asian dishes is what you’re looking for, then head to this vibrant new restaurant in Khar where the chefs will prepare your favourite dishes in front of you. The restaurant has been opened in partnership with Dish Hospitality Pvt. Ltd that also runs Aurus in Juhu. They are currently offering a four-course express lunch at Rs.499.

Cinnabon
Cinnabon
If the flavour of cinnamon reminds you of warm desserts, you need to visit Cinnabon. The American chain that serves sinful cinnamon rolls opened its first outlet a few months ago in Pali Naka serving their popular Classic Rolls, Caramel Pecanbons, CinnaPacks, and Cinnabon Bites, made fresh every hour. You can now head to their new outlet at Carter Road for a fill of your desserts.
Carter road, Bandra West, Mumbai.
WTF
The name is what caught everyone’s attention at first, but this snazzy bar became popular for its unpretentious vibe and well-priced drinks. A few months after opening their first outlet in Khar, WTF is now open in Versova. Built inside a bungalow, they have managed to have an open section besides an air-conditioned one. The music is a mix of retro, hip hop, house and popular hits and this time along with their signature red booths, they have Rajinikanth sporting a guitar on the DJ console.
7 Bungalows, Versova, Mumbai.
Mia Cucina
Those who are fans of this cozy Italian eatery in Bandra will be happy to know that the restaurant now has an outpost in Versova. Mia Cucina garnered many followers because of its no-fuss ambience, well-made food and good portions. The new Mia Cucina will offer an interesting spread from salads to stone-baked pizzas, home-made pastas, meats braised in signature wines and char-grilled fish.
