Some of the usual queries could be a change in address and contact details, information on net asset value, fund allocation, premium payment options, request for unit statements or premium paid certificates for tax purposes. One may also lodge a complaint and get a complaint number.
The insurer already has many other services such as premium payment through mobile (mCheck), online switching of funds, receiving premium receipts, notices, statements routed through mobile and Internet.
