The Bollywood villain on screen baddies who give him the shivers
Robert De Niro
This is one actor who is plain scary. There’s a certain unpredictability in any character he plays, no matter what its profile.
Alan Rickman
I loved him in Robin Hood , Prince of Thieves as the Sheriff of Nottingham. There was a certain satire in his character, which was really refreshing for a villain.
Anthony Hopkins
I thought he did a great job of creating a sense of menace in Silence of the Lambs. It was just a horrifying literary creation, but he made it real.
Pran
He is my favourite villain. The great thing about him is that he is real... so very real. It is hard to pick just one Pran film I liked—they were all so good.
Amrish Puri
Mogambo in Mr India is an all-time favourite. The whole film had a comic-book feel to it, but even in that, he brought out the absolute villainy and evil of the character really beautifully.
