Instead of the continental brunch buffets, you can now try out Asia’s rich
Chef Peng, a Chinese chef who is a dimsum specialist has a spread of 10 dimsums varieties, of which six are non-vegetarian and four vegetarian. Choose from Xia Shao Mi (shrimp dumpling), Gau Tai (lamb dumpling) or Veg Bao (spinach and chestnut dumpling). A Mongolian grill counter has been set up as well and you can choose the meat (red snapper, prawns, lamb juliennes or diced chicken), couple it with fresh vegetables and get the chefs to grill it in sauces of your choice (black bean or Thai chili paste). You can choose between unlimited supply of beer at your table or opt for two glasses of champagne or flavoured Grey Goose Martinis to accompany the buffet.

Mismo’s menu is in for a facelift and this is your chance to try out six new dishes introduced by Chef Eamonn Mullen, a trained Le Cordon Bleu chef. Mullen has included two starters and four main courses as a part of this food fiesta. Must-try Mexican delicacies include marinated spicy king prawns quesadillas with papaya and salsa (Rs425); wild mushroom fajitas with red onion, red pepper (Rs350); and braised lamb shank in smoked green Chile sauce (Rs425).
Cost: A meal for two without alcohol will cost around Rs1,500 plus taxes.

Every year, the third Thursday of November is the pre-decided release date for the wine. The festival will be celebrated on 21 November at Trident hotel, Nariman Point, Mumbai.
Apart from the wine, there will be French cheeses for the guests. Varieties will include Brie de Meaux, Camembert, and Charcuterie delicacies such as Rillettes, Jambon de Bayonne, flown in from France exclusively by Air France.
