Every celebration is about food and when it’s a special occasion for the Parsis, food is most definitely the star. If you are celebrating Navroze or just love Parsi cuisine, Mumbai has some exciting options just for the day.
Hornby’s Pavilion and Peshwa Pavilion: Get a taste of the best of Parsi cuisine at ITC hotels with dishes such as Salli-ma-Murg and Patra-ni-Macchi and Lagan-nu-Stew. Pair the curries with Ghau-ni-Rotli and Cocktail Pulao and end the meal with Lagan-nu-Custard, Mawa-nu-Khaju and Malai-nu-Khaju.

Try Patra-ni-Macchi, Chicken Farcha, Khara Papeta pe Eda and Mutton Dhansak Pulao or go for Braised Honey Chilli Lamb Shanks, Artichoke and Sun-dried Tomato Quiche and Bacon Wrapped Chicken. Get two glasses of champagne plus unlimited martinis to go along with it.

Corleone: If it’s a long leisurely brunch that you are looking for, then head to Corleone, where a spread of Parsi specials such as Dhansak Boti, Chicken Faffad, Patra-ni-Macchi and Sookha Boomla Patio are accompanied with antipasti, salads, sea food, sushi and delicatessen selections. It even comes with breakfast choices such as milkshakes, freshly baked breads, speciality eggs or waffles and pancakes.
