Mumbai: Logistics firm Allcargo Global Friday said it will raise about Rs268.91 crore from private equity firm Blackstone Group through issue of securities.
The board of directors of the firm has approved the allotment of equity shares, debentures and warrants on preferential basis to the Blackstone Group, Allcargo said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Allcargo would raise Rs9.34 lakh by allotting 1,000 shares and Rs100.97 crore through allotment of 10.81 lakh debentures. Further, it would raise about Rs167.84 crore by issuing 15.13 lakh warrants at a price ranging between Rs934 and Rs1,284.
Shares of Allcargo were trading at Rs832, down 1.15% on the BSE.
