Mumbai: Bangalore_based Sobha Developers Ltd raised $100 million selling shares to institutional investors, a data compiled by Bloomberg said. Sobha sold shares at Rs209.4 a piece. Enam Securities Ltd and Morgan Stanley arranged the sale.

HDIL raises $350.3 mn through sale of shares
Mumbai: Housing Development and Infrastructure Ltd (HDIL) raised $350.3 million selling shares to institutional investors, according to a person familiar with the transaction. Macquarie Capital Advisers (India) Pvt. Ltd, Kotak Mahindra Capital Co. Ltd and J.P. Morgan India Pvt. Ltd arranged the sale of shares , according to sale documents.
Separately, Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd raised $150 million selling shares to institutional investors, according to a person familiar with the transaction.
The Mumbai-based company sold shares at Rs204 a piece, the person said, requesting anonymity because the information isn’t public.
