Gold hits fresh all-time high
Mumbai: India gold futures recovered from their previous day’s losses on Tuesday afternoon to hit a fresh all-time high following strong overseas leads and a weaker rupee.
Gold futures on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) struck a fresh record of Rs18,659 per 10 grams, before easing a tad to Rs18,649 at 2:04pm, still up 1.44%.
The contract breached the last record of Rs18,648 hit on 26 May.
