Allied Digital raises Rs231.42 cr via QIP
Mumbai: IT infrastructure management services provider Allied Digital Services on Thursday said that it has raised Rs231.42 crore by private placement of shares with qualified institutional buyers.
The company has alloted 49 lakh shares at Rs472.29 a piece, aggregating to Rs231.42 crore, by private placement, Allied Digital said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The board of directors at their meeting held on 21 October have approved the allotment of shares to raise the said amount, the filing added.
The issue opened on 14 October and closed on 16 October, 2009.
Shares of Allied Digital were trading at Rs501 on BSE, up 2.11% from its previous close.
