Mumbai: After a flat opening, buying in banking stocks helped Indian stocks gain ground in morning deals. The government on Tuesday introduced the Banking Amendment Bill in Parliament.
This helped investors’ shrug-off the mixed global cues. After gaining for the last couple of trading sessions Asian markets are trading mixed on Wednesday. Investors are booking profits in Japanese and South Korean stocks.
