What is the best way to research companies that are listed on Indian exchanges, including the graphics? Is it a good idea to invest in the exchanges? Is it allowed? If yes, which one?

Please visit www.livemint.com for research on Indian companies and graphics. As far as your question about investing in exchanges is concerned, it is still not possible as they are not listed companies and I think investing in good stocks is a better option.
