Chart of the day | A brighter second half?

Citi analysts are far more bullish on emerging markets than on the US in the second half of the year. Note, however, that among emerging markets, the bounce in the Asia ex-Japan region is predicted to be the lowest. Analysts expect that the second half will see the world economy getting over its “soft patch", with the markets reflecting that change.
