Parsvnath signs Rs90 cr contract to build ashram in Shirdi
New Delhi, January 07, 2008: Parsvnath Developers Ltd has been awarded a construction contract to build a Sai Ashram at Shirdi in Maharashtra by the Shirdi Sai Trust in Chennnai.
With an approximate contract value of ₹ 90 crore, the real estate developer will construct dormitory blocks, residential blocks and an open air theatre restaurant and security rooms spread over a built-up area of approximately 10 lakh sqft.
“Post construction, Shirdi Sai trust will hand over the ashram to Shirdi Sai Sansthan for ownership, management and further maintenance", informed Pradeep Jain, chairman, Parsvnath Developers.
The project will be initiated in January 2008 and the work will be completed within 21 months from the date of commencement of construction.
Parsvnath is already developing a 3-star hotel at Shirdi spread over a total area of 50,000 sq. feet, which will have 58 rooms on offer.
