ArcelorMittal may halt work at 2 Russian mines

Moscow: ArcelorMittal said it is considering halting operations at two coal mines in Siberia until market conditions improve.

The company’s third mine in Russia will continue operations, ArcelorMittal said in an e-mail late on Thursday.
