Mumbai: IT firm 3i Infotech has opened a share sale to institutional investors on Tuesday, to raise up to Rs182 crore, it said in a BSE filing.
The firm has set a floor price for the share sale at Rs78.60 per share as per the rules, it said.
In September, 3i Infotech, in which India’s No. 2 lender ICICI Bank holds 23.61% stake, has raised Rs318 crore via institutional share sale.
The shares in the firm ended at Rs78.70, or 3.35% higher, in a weak Mumbai stockmarket that was down 0.68%.
