Mumbai: Three companies made their debut on the Bombay Stock Exchange on 19 June including outsourcing major, Hinduja TMT’s demerged entity HTMT Global Solutions Limited (HGSL), which got listed at Rs 790.
Within minutes of listing over 2.97 lakh shares of HTMT Global Solutions exchanged hands. The scrip was last trading at Rs 520 at 10.03 am on BSE.
The company formerly known as HTMT Technologies Limited entered the bourses with over 2.05 crore equity shares of Rs 10, pursuant to the scheme of arrangement and reconstruction.
As per the scheme of arrangement, the Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services (IT/ITES) undertaking of Hinduja TMT Limited (HTMT) were transferred to HGSL.
Accordingly, HGSL allotted the shareholders of HTMT one fully paid up equity share of Rs 10 each for every two equity shares of the same value held.
The newly formed company has 19 delivery centres across the US, Canada, Mauritius, Philippines, India and has over 9,500 employees servicing more than 60 clients across the globe.
Another firm that made its debut on the BSE, is Decolight Ceramics, which got listed at Rs 57, with a premium of 5.55 per cent over its issue price of Rs 54.
Within minutes of listing the scrip touched a high of Rs 65.90 and over 15.45 lakh shares were traded on the exchange. Shares were last trading at Rs 59.70 at 10.01 am on BSE.
