Markets | Rolta India offers to buy back $150 mn of bonds
Singapore: Mumbai-based maker of design software Rolta India Ltd offered to buy back as much as $150 million of convertible bonds due 2012 for between 78-85.5 cents on the dollar.
The tender offer will expire on 25 June and Barclays Plc. and Deutsche Bank AG are conducting the buy-back, the company said in a statement to the Singapore stock exchange on Monday.
