Mumbai: Oberoi Realty made a good start on the Dalal Street on Wednesday, opening over 7% on the Bombay Stock Exchange against its issue price of Rs260.
Its share price rose by 7.69% to Rs280 on the BSE.
The realty player witnessed an upsurge on the National Stock Exchange as well where it jumped by 4.26% to Rs271.10. On the volume front, over 1.45 crore shares of the company were traded during the early morning session.
The Mumbai-based company which has raised Rs185.15 crore through its initial public offer (IPO), had entered the capital market with a price band of Rs253-Rs260 per share.
Meanwhile, the broader gauge Sensex was trading at 20,016.79, up by 33.66 points from the previous close.
