Mumbai: United Bank of India shares debuted on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Thursday at Rs68.80, a 4.24% premium to its cut-off price of Rs66.
The shares opened at a high Rs77 on BSE.
Manappuram splits stock, announces bonus
Mumbai: Kochi-based Manappuram General Finance and Leasing Ltd, which offers loans against gold assets, on Thursday announced a stock split on every equity share of Rs10 into five shares of Rs2 each, and a bonus issue of 1:1 on the split shares.
V.P. Nandakumar, executive chairman of the Manappuram group, said that the split was aimed at providing further liquidity to the company’s stock.
