I bought 200 stocks of Reliance Capital Ltd following the Budget. Despite positive budgetary proposals the stock has not moved after an initial rally. Should I sell the stock? I am a short-term investor.

I think you should hold the stock for now and exit at around Rs850, which is a reasonable target in the short term. Please note, the short term here does not mean intraday and refers to a period of up to three months. However, a fall below 778 could be seen as a bearish signal, indicating a greater fall in the coming days.
I purchased 300 stocks of McLeod Russel India Ltd around Rs254. I am a long-term investor. Should I hold or sell?
—Bina
Looking at the prospects of the tea industry, I would recommend holding this stock for the medium term and take profits at around Rs290.
