Mumbai: Financial services group Religare Enterprises Limited on Monday said it has filed a draft letter of offer with the Securities and Exchanges Board of India.

The company’s Board had on 25 March approved an increase in the size of the rights issue from Rs1802.48 crore to up to Rs1850 crore.
