Over 7 crore pledged shares of Adani Power released

New Delhi: More than 7.7 crore shares of Adani Power Ltd that were pledged by one of its promoter group entities Ventura Power Investments have been released.

These shares amount to around 2.65% stake in the Adani Power. According to a regulatory filing, over 7.77 crore shares of Adani Power were pledged by Ventura Power in favour of IDBI Trusteeship Services.

These pledged shares were released on 10 June. Shares of Adani Power closed flat at ₹ 28.55 on the BSE.
