Mauritius apex court to assist CBI in money trail
New Delhi: The CBI-ED team visiting Mauritius in connection with the money trail into the 2G spectrum scam has been assured by the judicial authorities in that country of cooperation in carrying out the probe, CBI officials said here. According to sources, a two-member CBI team in Mauritius has been assured by the apex court of executing the Letter Rogatory (LR) sent by the CBI and ED and asked local authorities to assist in the probe.
